Successfully arrived (along with sister and brother-in-law) in Grand Junction, Colorado, to spend New Years with my parents. After a drive like that, I am reminded of how much beauty there is in this country. I am truly thankful to live in a place where I can see such a wide variety of scenery in such a short amount of time. With any luck, we'll get some snow, as I haven't had a white Christmas in a while. And I have such a soft spot in my heart for digging large vehicles out of muddy holes. We can only hope...
How do the rivers of Colorado compare to the lovely draws found in southern North Carolina??

ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to you, Greg - and to Scott & Andrea - have fun whooping it up in Grand Junction. Say "Hi" to the clerk at 7-11 for me when you pull those Mickey's Big Mouths outta the cooler there.
