Borders and Waldenbooks stores will not stock the April-May issue of Free
Inquiry magazine because it contains cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad that
provoked deadly protests among Muslims in several countries.
Anyone want to take bets on me walking into either one of those stores and finding countless mockeries of Christianity and Judaism? Oh, I forgot, that's "ok" and "politically correct." What a bunch of crap.

Excerpt of my email to BordersGroup, sent last night:
"I do not condone the cartoons or any type of media that mocks one religion or another, but by refusing to carry this publication you have succumbed to their violence. And in showing that I do not condone it, I would not buy this publication. But that choice is mine to make. If you normally carry a publication, why should one section stand out and be treated differently?
I would like to know how many Judea and Christian themed publications that mock and disparage religion you DO carry freely? If you are censoring a religious themed article in this publication, I would expect you to do it equally."
Well said.
It's cool to be a Muslimophile. Kind of like when you were a kid and you bought a kids meal from Burger King, they always had the picture of the kid in the wheel chair. The kid in wheel chair was the cool "disadvantged minority" to support and protect. They made everything wheel chair accessible, like public bathrooms, office buildings, indoor rock climbing walls...and in every picture of kids, there was always the wheel chair kid. I think the next protected group will be 3rd generation Americans with Lebanese/Scotch/Irish/English decent. Any cartoons made about this protected group will be censored, and Harvard University will offer free tuition.
Scottie - Isn't that group supposed to be turning itself in under the Patriot Act?
