One of the most common excuses for skipping workouts is a self-perceived
lack of time. Many individuals will simply skip a workout if they do not have a

Suffice to say, I will never pay for a gym membership again in my life, and I will be in far better shape and have much more time and money on my hands by following routines such as his.
